Product Lead | Propositions | £100k-110k | London (Hybrid)

A Product Lead / Propositions Lead is needed by a fast-growing B2B2C & B2C Tech organization that operates as a marketplace, both via a mobile app and white label solutions. The company aims to quadruple its revenue over the next 2-3 years.

Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2 days in the office)

The Product Lead / Propositions Lead will report to the CPO and will be responsible for all propositions, including large key accounts, growth accounts, new global and regional markets, and expansion into new industries. The role involves owning market, growth, and expansion opportunities and leading a team of 5 product managers.

The Product Lead / Propositions Lead will:

  • Engage with the market and customers to derive insights that will inform product development.
  • Lead the coordination and development of various propositions and partnerships globally.
  • Work with customers, partners, and the market to gather insights.
  • Develop a vision and roadmap based on data and insights.
  • Manage product lifecycle from planning and delivery to launch and marketing.
  • Lead a team of 5 Product Managers and collaborate with a broader team of 15 cross-functionally.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support sales and marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience working with global partners to successfully launch new products or propositions.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with sometimes conflicting demands.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, capable of building and executing quickly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with both creative and methodological teams.
  • Skills in story design, estimation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with complex products involving data science or workflows is a plus.
  • An evidence-based, data-driven approach to prioritization and product development.
