Key Responsibilities of the Liquidity Risk Assurance Manager:
- Perform retrospective reviews across regulatory reporting and risk management framework processes
- Support targeted assurance reviews and deep dives of high-risk liquidity returns and internal metrics
- Challenge stakeholders on risk and control management
- Assess emerging risks and their impact on controls, resources, and business operations
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams throughout the Assurance lifecycle
Required knowledge and experience for the Liquidity Risk Assurance Manager role:
- Extensive experience in liquidity risk management, regulatory reporting, or treasury risk
- In-depth knowledge of key liquidity metrics (e.g., LCR, NSFR, Internal liquidity stress testing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional and offshore teams
