Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of consultants effectively.
• Oversee and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
• Take full accountability for the branch’s P&L.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures.

Profil

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in recruitment with a strong background in the Warehousing, industrials, construction, logistic, office and/or driving sectors.
• Sales-focused and results-oriented.
• Well-versed in current recruitment legislation and warehousing compliance standards.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
• Demonstrates strong motivation and leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

• Educated to A-level standard or equivalent as a minimum.
• Competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure.
