The Advocate Group is proud to represent a fast-growing premium FMCG brand in their search for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is an incredible opportunity with a premium challenger brand, with autonomy and the chance to make your mark!
The Role:
- Lead trade marketing strategy and seasonal activations across priority hospitality accounts.
- Develop compelling trade sell-in materials and POS to support commercial growth.
- Monitor and analyse category trends and competitor activity to inform marketing plans.
- Manage trade marketing assets, content libraries, and event execution (e.g., trade shows).
- Collaborate with brand, PR, and ambassador teams to optimise customer engagement.
- Support innovation launches and maintain accuracy across all trade communications.
About You:
- Proven experience in trade marketing or brand activation, ideally in FMCG.
- Passion for premium, sustainable food and beverage products.
- Experience with developing and implementing POS.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative execution skills.
- Proficient in Canva & Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Solutions-driven with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
