We have recently partnered with an AI Sports-Tech company, which uses AI to identify the next generation of sporting talent for professional clubs and sports organisations. Following a recent investment round, they are now scaling their teams and looking for their first full-time sales hire.

Join a rapidly expanding business, building AI-powered tools is changing how clubs scout, assess, and sign players. From mobile apps that let players showcase their skills to performance centres that deliver elite-level assessments.

The Role:

As the Reporting Analyst, you’ll help professionalise and automate how we use data to make decisions.

You’ll be reporting directly to the COO and working closely with teams across the business to build reports for internal KPIs to customer insights built into their AI-driven sports platform.

You’ll play a big role in shaping how the data platform is rebuilt on a more robust Azure-based platform.

This is a hands-on role, balancing day-to-day reporting with deeper analysis, including predictive models, and helping turn raw data into tools, insights and dashboards that drive action.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gather reporting needs from internal teams and translate them into clear, actionable reports.
  • Cover a wide range of areas: executive KPIs, CRM and marketing performance, app usage and user behaviour, athletic performance data.
  • Work closely with sports management, product, and marketing teams to surface insights that improve engagement and outcomes.
  • Improve and automate existing reports, based on usage and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support and evolve our CRM programme (Braze) alongside the CMO and content team.
  • Build predictive analytics into reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Train teams on how to interpret and get value from the reports you deliver.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven ability to design and deliver reporting or analytics solutions in a commercial setting.
  • Strong SQL skills (and ideally some Python) for data analysis and transformation.
  • Confident using Power BI, including DAX and Power Query; experience with embedded analytics tools like Luzmo is a plus.
  • Comfortable building prototype ETL processes and data models in sandbox environments.
  • Able to turn data into actionable CRM insights (Braze experience is helpful but not essential).
  • Analytical, curious, and confident working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role will play a key part in shaping the Data used internally and externally by their clients along with the opportunity to progress and help shape the data team.
