Role: Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
Location: London – 3 days a week in the office
Experience: 6+ years, ideally with large Data Centre projects
Qualifications: SCSI/RICS recognised degree in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics
What you’ll do:
Build strong client relationships for repeat business
Ensure projects are delivered on time & in budget
What we’re looking for:
Strong commercial acumen & contract knowledge (RIAI, FIDIC, JCT)
Attention to detail & proactive problem-solving
Knows how to negotiate and deal with conflict and has the ability to critically evaluate documents.
