About the Role
This role will be managing the payroll and benefits for UK and international entities. The successful candidate will support the Reward team with project-related activities across the department. Strong experience in financial or investment environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills to multitask and coordinate multi-country payroll processes.
- Balances a disciplined approach to daily operations with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset
- A strong team player who demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate and provide technical and operational support for various stakeholders.
About You
- Proven experience in processing UK payroll from end-to-end with Workday Payroll modules
- Knowledgeable in vendor-managed payroll systems across diverse jurisdictions
- Skilled in maintaining strong relationships with external benefit vendors as well as managing the annual benefits renewals.
- Strong familiarity with the most recent employment laws, tax regulations, and benefits policies
- Proficient with keeping ongoing records such as Expatriate payroll
- Ability to provide support with any payroll and benefits-related queries
- Familiarity with the preparation for year-end reporting
