We’re Hiring: Senior Finance Business Partner | £55,000–£65,000 | Hybrid – Nottingham
Opus People Solutions is proud to be working with an award-winning, market-leading organisation seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified finance professional (CIMA or ACCA) to step into a strategic, commercially focused role where you’ll drive performance, shape decision-making, and influence change across the business.
What you’ll do:
Deliver clear financial insights to senior leaders
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Lead on financial reporting and compliance
Mentor junior finance team members and support professional development
What we’re looking for:
Fully qualified (CIMA or ACCA)
Proven experience in finance business partnering or senior financial roles
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Advanced Excel and financial modelling ability
A proactive mindset and strategic approach to finance
