Role Overview: A dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join and grow the London team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Design and Build industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and forging strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the design and build sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Existing network of commercial agents, Project Managers, and cost consultants.
- Proven experience in business development within the construction or design and build sector.
- Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
