London NW10 | Full-time | Contract-to-hire opportunity
Mustashar is a leading importer, distributor, and brand development partner for high-quality food and beverage products from Morocco. We help authentic Moroccan brands break into the UK market and compete with leading mainstream players through expert localisation, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive sales growth, build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and hospitality clients, and identify new market opportunities. You will be at the forefront of introducing unique, high-quality Moroccan products to UK consumers while expanding Mustashar’s reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts and new business leads
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns
- Identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in food and beverage sales or FMCG account management
- Strong network within retail, wholesale, or hospitality sectors in the UK
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Passion for high-quality, authentic Moroccan products and cultural diversity
