We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Project Manager to join an esteemed Real Estate Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for either:
- A Legal Project Manager ready to step up into a more senior, strategic role with more autonomy and visibility; or
- A real estate professional who thrives in managing timelines, stakeholders, and commercial outcomes—and is looking to pivot into a dedicated project management role within the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Legal Project Manager
Working closely with partners, lawyers, and clients, you will be instrumental in driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex real estate transactions. This role goes beyond checklists—you’ll be a trusted advisor who ensures large-scale deals run smoothly, on time, and on budget.
- Managing end-to-end transaction delivery for complex real estate mandates
- Supporting client-facing delivery with clear communication, timelines, and progress tracking
- Collaborating across legal and business teams to ensure alignment of resources and priorities
- Leading project scoping, planning, risk management, and reporting
- Contributing to client relationship development through service excellence and continuous improvement
- Supporting fee earners with best practice processes and legal tech adoption
Skills & Attributes of the Senior Legal Project Manager
- Experience in legal project management or complex transactional coordination
- Knowledge of the real estate lifecycle, ideally from within a legal context
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Confidence with project tools, process frameworks, and reporting metrics
- Line management experience would be valuable
