This 8-10 year programme involves the demolition of an existing facility and the construction of a state-of-the-art Data Centre, alongside residential, commercial, and retail elements, with supporting renewable energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from setup to completion
• Oversee demolition, construction, and infrastructure development
• Manage stakeholders, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Drive sustainability and innovation across the project

Ideal Candidate:

• Expertise in data center construction
• Strong leadership in project setup, governance, and execution
• Knowledge of renewable energy infrastructure is advantageous
• Preference for candidates based in Wales
