Principal Consultant – Investment & Asset Management across PBSA, BTR, Co-Living & Later Living
A leading specialist Build-to-Rent developer and operator is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its London-based investment team. With a growing portfolio of high-quality rental homes across the UK, the company is backed by a well-established real estate investment firm and is on track to significantly expand its platform in the coming years.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be directly involved in the continued growth of a dynamic real estate business, working across acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in underwriting, evaluating, and structuring potential real estate acquisitions.
- Conduct financial modelling and cash flow analysis for new investment opportunities.
- Assist in due diligence, market research, and commercial valuations.
- Prepare investment committee materials and support the transaction process from origination to execution.
- Provide post-closing support and ongoing asset management responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years experience in real estate investment, debt, or private equity.
- Previous Living sector experience.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to assess investment opportunities critically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong academic background from a leading university or business school.
