We’re Hiring – Residential Asset Manager
London (UK-wide portfolio) | Full-time, Permanent
Are you a commercially minded Residential Asset Manager ready to take ownership of a diverse, UK-wide portfolio?

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving performance across a nationwide residential portfolio
- Leading value-add projects: refurbishments, lease restructures, re-lettings
- Overseeing property managers, letting agents & contractors
- Ensuring compliance with UK housing legislation
- Analysing market trends & optimising rental strategies
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ UK residential asset management experience
Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation & compliance
Proven track record of income growth & value enhancement
Financial & analytical expertise (Excel modelling skills a must)
MRICS or BTR/PRS experience a bonus
