Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide effective leadership and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and high-quality products that meet or exceed our clients’ stringent standards. We are seeking a full-time Team Leader for our Cafe Deli at Benugo, Goldman Sachs site who will be accountable for the following critical responsibilities:

● Implementing and rigorously enforcing Benugo’s strategic vision encompassing People, Product, Customers, Environment, and Profitability

● Ensuring the consistent delivery of superior customer service through a professional, efficient, and meticulous approach

● Providing authoritative and decisive leadership to the team, including task allocation, performance management, and continuous evaluation

● Supporting the Manager in critical daily operational activities and assuming full managerial responsibilities in their absence

● Coordinating effectively with Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to guarantee product excellence, optimal inventory management, and stringent stock control

● Rigorously maintaining and enforcing the highest standards of food safety, occupational health and safety, and professional presentation

● Overseeing mission-critical communications and ensuring strict adherence to Benugo policies and procedures

Additional Information

What We Offer

Hourly rate of £14.30, increasing to £14.60 upon successful completion of a 3-month probationary period

Full-time contract with stable weekday hours

£14 daily food allowance for lunch while on shift
