Software Technical Lead – .NET, C#, Azure – Liverpool – Hybrid Working

We’re working with an ambitious financial organization based in Liverpool, seeking a Software Technical Lead to guide their team and oversee one of their flagship platforms.
Over the past few years, the company has undergone a significant tech transformation, modernised their systems and nearing the completion of a major legacy overhaul. Now, they’re looking for a passionate leader to take the reins and help shape their future.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 7-8 professionals, including backend and frontend developers and Product Owners.
- Champion modern coding standards and best practices within software development.
- Play a key role in Greenfield development while focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work with cutting-edge technology: .NET Core, Microservices, Azure, Azure DevOps, and Docker.
- Take ownership of key projects, providing technical leadership and forward-thinking solutions.
