An independently owned, B Corp accredited service provider is recruiting for a Lead Developer to join their team. Working closely with the Engineering Manager to set technical direction, the Lead Developer will focus on coaching and mentoring a team of 7.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the successful planning, execution, and on-time delivery of engineering projects.
• Managing day-to-day project activities, monitoring progress, and mitigating potential risks.
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members, solving complex technical challenges, and assisting with deliveries.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase value, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience leading a team of developers and a background in C#, .Net, and AWS.
