Base pay range
Are you an FP&A professional who thrives in a complex and fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy the challenge that constant change provides? Are you capable of overseeing a small team of 3 and reporting to a divisional director? If so, we’d be keen to hear from you, as our growing medium-sized client is eager to secure someone with your credentials. You should be a finance professional with strong academics, a good grasp of the balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L, and the ability to work with senior commercial business leaders, providing FP&A information to support decision-making. Excellent people skills, credible knowledge, and strong business acumen are essential, enabling you to deliver key information under tight deadlines and help the business remain agile. You should be hands-on, inquisitive, and able to analyze data to provide meaningful insights and guidance to executive level.
