Senior Performance and Risk Analyst

A boutique asset manager is looking for a Performance and Risk Analyst to join their London office. This will be an exciting opportunity for a driven candidate with performance or risk experience to progress their career in this dynamic role.

The Performance and Risk Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Responsible for regular analyst duties, including performing portfolio analysis and collating reports.
• Work closely with investment teams and build essential relationships with external groups and clients.
• Conduct analysis to monitor the performance of specific business groups and asset classes.
• Proactively engage with strategic projects across the business.
• Monitor portfolio metrics and provide analysis on issues, including ESG and sustainability.
• Manage and maintain the internal data systems to ensure they are kept up to date and accurate.
• Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc risk work across the team.

The Performance and Risk Analyst will meet the following skillset:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analytical role within investment management.
• Experience in risk or performance.
• Solid understanding of fixed income and multi-asset portfolios.
• Degree educated.
• Strong IT and programming skills.
• Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organised with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
