Project Overview:EPM are seeking an experienced external consultant to lead a strategic initiative focused on enhancing user training and communication within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud channel, specifically tailored for the Healthcare Sector.

Project Overview:EPM are seeking an experienced external consultant to lead a strategic initiative focused on enhancing user training and communication within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud channel, specifically tailored for the Healthcare Sector.
Scope of Work:The consultant will independently manage and execute the following tasks:
1. Training & Onboarding Management
- Design and implement a comprehensive training plan for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Conduct knowledge assessments and refresher training across global markets, with a focus on onboarding LATAM users.
- Deliver online webinars and presentations to Marketing Cloud users.
- Collect case studies and feedback to refine training content.
- Develop FAQs and training materials, and hand over finalised documents for internal review.
- Identify potential Key Users based on training participation and skill levels.
2. Key User Community Management
- Create personalised training plans for Key Users to support local teams.
- Provide consultancy to enhance communication and engagement within the Key User community.
- Coordinate peer-led training sessions to promote knowledge sharing.
3. Community Development & Communication
- Develop and implement new communication formats to boost user engagement.
- Organise regular meetings to share updates on new Marketing Cloud features and integration’s.
- Gather and distribute relevant use cases from various regions.
- Establish a structured training program led by Key Users.
- Strengthen the community through targeted training and gap analysis.
Additional Information:
- All necessary documentation and system access will be provided at project initiation.
- The consultant will represent themselves as an external advisor when interacting with third parties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially in training and community development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in or with the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is advantageous for LATAM onboarding.
