· Help develop and update project timelines using tools like MS Project, or Excel.
· Assist in identifying key milestones, task durations, and dependencies.
· Track project progress against the plan.
· Prepare weekly or monthly progress reports and dashboards.
· Support the maintenance of project documentation.
· Assist in analysing delays or variances from the baseline schedule.
· Help update resource usage logs and cost spreadsheets.
· Compare planned vs. actual costs and work with senior consultants to flag discrepancies.
· Help maintain the risk register by identifying and logging project risks.
· Contribute to risk review meetings and assist in documenting mitigation strategies.
· Attend team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
· Support communication between planning, design, and site teams.
· Help manage version control of project plans and reports.
· Organize project files and ensure planning documents are up to date.
