GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – MANCHESTER

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build your own client and candidate network in a specialist market (Tech, IT, or Engineering)
- Manage the full recruitment process – from winning business to placing candidates
- Make sales calls, pitch roles, negotiate offers, and close deals
- Work to clear KPIs and performance targets
- Build strong relationships over the phone and in person
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- No experience required – full training provided
- Some sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people
- Ambitious, success-driven and money-motivated individuals
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to succeed
- Commercially aware and quick-thinking
- Based in or relocating to Manchester
