Firstly, do the core details work for you?
You’ll spend 3 days per week in the office in London.
You’ll be paid an annual salary over between £45 – 50,000
You will be available to start within 1-month of accepting an offer
So, now that’s out the way – we’re looking for a great plate spinner – why?
You will have ultimate responsibility for who to put on client & internal projects, through to inputting heavily into scope of work, budgets, timelines and the studios overall processes and systems.
You of course won’t be doing all this alone – you will be responsible for line managing a more junior member of the studio, alongside closely collaborating with the wider team across leadership, accounts, production and various creative & design skill-sets.
In terms of your experience so far, it’s really important that you demonstrate the following.
- Solid experience working across Studio Management roles.
- Experience operating within a Creative studio / Agency environment.
- Deep expertise using Project Management systems/tools.
- Clear, confident communicator – You’re deeply empathetic but hold people to account.
- Calmness in fast moving environments.
