Recruitment Manager at Lords Group Trading

Are you ready to kickstart your career in e-commerce and sales support? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, develop, and gain hands-on experience across sales, data, and digital platforms in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include:

Data & Reporting

  • Work with Excel to clean, manage, and prepare data for website and ERP updates (training provided on advanced tools)
  • Spot trends in sales and product performance, sharing insights with the Sales Team

Website & ERP Support

  • Keep the website up to date with new products, pricing, and content
  • Assist with syncing data between SAP Business One and Magento
  • Troubleshoot basic website or ERP issues and escalate where needed
  • Support the Sales Team with pricing, supplier lists, and customer queries via email, phone, and live chat
  • Monitor order fulfilment and chase abandoned cart sales to maximise online opportunities
  • Assist with product launches, ensuring copy, translations, and digital content are delivered on time

General Operations

  • Attend meetings on website and sales topics, contributing ideas and feedback
  • Provide first-line support for staff on website queries
  • Test and validate website updates to ensure accuracy

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Holiday: 21 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Requirements

  • Basic Excel skills (comfortable with spreadsheets, formulas, and data entry)
  • Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and digital tools (full training provided)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Most importantly: someone eager to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
