Centre Manager – Flex office Manager – Leisure Centre Manager
A wonderful opportunity to join a very well established, flexi office provider based in Bordon, Hampshire – 5 minutes off the A33 -about 5 miles southeast of Alton

As the centre manager of this key building, you’ll be the main point of contact for your clients (ie the tenants in the building who rent office space or use the co working areas) These clients are small to medium size High Tech businesses.
You will be supported by and lead your team of 3 – its a small tight knit and down to earth team who work hard to provide the very best service to their clients / tenants.
You’ll deal with the day to day oversight of the building and keeping your clients happy as well as handling sales enquiries, the P&L, budget and team rotas.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and who thinks about how they can improve service levels and revenue naturally.
Focusing on: driving commercial performance. This is a key role in enhancing the sales, community engagement, operational and ultimate financial performance of the centre.
Likely you will come from a Leisure, Hospitality or Retail environment where you have been the ‘go to’ person and had key responsibilities for the performance of your team and branch.
