Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abingdon, VA, for the position of Director, Center for Early Learning. The Director will oversee daily operations, develop and implement early learning programs, manage staff, ensure compliance with educational standards, and foster a positive learning environment. Collaboration with educators and stakeholders to create effective curricula for early learners is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Experience with Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and parents
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in education management or a similar leadership role
