A specialist Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor with a successful track record of acting as the lead QS on hotel projects within the UK.
The Associate Quantity Surveyors Role
Joining their London office, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will support a Partner and help lead the companys hospitality quantity surveying team, who are responsible for delivering refurbishment and fit-out works on a mixture of 5* and independent hotels.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or working towards
- 7+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Previous experience of leading hotel projects
- Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
- Client facing
- Good management skills

In Return: £75,000 – £85,000, 28 days annual leave, flexible working, extensive benefit package
