An award-winning regional firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner / Head of Commercial Property to lead its highly regarded team in Bromley. This is a senior, fee-earning role with leadership responsibilities, offering the chance to shape the future growth of a thriving department.

The Opportunity

You will lead a specialist team with a strong reputation across London and Kent, acting for a diverse client base including SME businesses, developers, investors, landlords, charities, and healthcare professionals. The role combines high-quality transactional and advisory work with strategic leadership and business development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing the Commercial Property team, driving departmental strategy and performance
• Handling a varied caseload including development, landlord & tenant, lease renewals, acquisitions/disposals, business sales/purchases, and real estate finance
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting colleagues within the department
• Playing a key role in the firm’s wider growth and business development plans

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years PQE with extensive experience in Commercial Property
• Strong technical expertise across development, landlord & tenant, and investment transactions
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach
• Excellent client care and business development track record, ideally with established referrer relationships
• Commercially astute, strategic, and ambitious, with enthusiasm to help grow the department
