Product Manager

Overview

We’re a fast-growing climate tech startup on a mission to decarbonise the grid. Backed by leading VCs and already live with assets like EVs and batteries, we’re building real-time infrastructure to optimise energy flows across the grid.

Now, we’re hiring our first Product Manager, someone excited to shape the roadmap, drive 0→1 product development, and work at the heart of one of the biggest challenges of our time.

Responsibilities

• Founding PM: Own the product strategy, discovery, and delivery end-to-end
• 0→1 Focus: Build, launch, and iterate products from scratch
• Direct Impact: Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and commercial teams
• Mission-Driven: Help accelerate the shift to a decarbonised energy system
• Has shipped 0→1 products at an early-stage startup
• Balances commercial awareness with a data-driven mindset
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Brings strong product instincts and a pragmatic approach
• (Bonus) Passion for climate or complex systems, domain expertise not required
