Base pay range

Salary c£55-£65k (dependent on experience)

About the role

This is a truly commercial role, where you will work closely with the commercial and operational teams, involved in budget and forecasting processes, and driving performance and profitability. You will take ownership of your areas of the business, carving out processes and supporting strategic business decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing variance analysis and challenging budget holders




• Working closely with trade on weekly reporting




• Liaise with and influence operational and commercial stakeholders to support with performance and processes




• Identify operational risks and opportunities




• Involved in annual budget process




• Providing relevant insights for business strategy




• Building relationships with wider business to support with business cases and business decisions




• Ad hoc support to wider finance function

About You

• Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)




• Proven business partnering experience




• Excellent Excel skills and ability to handle large volumes of data




• Strong reporting and presentational skills, with an ability to tell a story




• Strong commercial acumen
