Location: Manchester (Ancoats)
Salary / OTE: £26,000 – £28,000 with 1st year OTE £45,000 – £50,000

Your Role
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth, building strong relationships with schools, and placing high-quality teaching professionals into fixed term and permanent roles. Your expertise and dedication will directly impact the success of both our candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, and colleges to understand their hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and place top-tier teaching professionals into suitable roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless candidate and client experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic business growth plans.
