A highly regarded, award-winning law firm is currently seeking a senior-level Private Client Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner to take over an established, high-quality caseload while playing a pivotal role in the continued growth and strategic direction of the Private Client Department.
The successful candidate will handle a wide-ranging and engaging caseload, representing a diverse client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, families, and clients with business interests. The role offers the chance to work on complex and stimulating matters within a supportive and people-focused firm.
Responsibilities
- Trust administration
- Tax planning advice
- Probate and estate administration
- Complex Inheritance Tax returns
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Potential Court of Protection work
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in private client work
- STEP qualification (or working towards it)
- Strong technical expertise with a commercially minded approach
- Exceptional client care skills and the confidence to manage complex legal matters independently
