Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager role at TieTalent. Location: Surrey / Hampshire / Middlesex (commutable).

Role details

New start Major Project requires FD&A Project Manager – Fire Detection. This will be a long-term, permanent role; involved from the start, setup, meetings and follow-through over many years to ensure fire systems are completed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver major Fire Detection / Fire Alarm projects for a Fire Detection Installer as a Fire Alarm Systems Project Manager on large or major projects (or on medium-sized projects with potential to manage £1m+).
• Engage from project start-up through to completion, coordinating with Fire Suppression and Fire Protection teams as required, and ensuring quality installations.
• Work with commutable locations to Surrey / Hampshire (e.g., Surrey, West London, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire); Camberley may be possible.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager within UK Fire Alarm systems installation (addressable). Fire Suppression and Fire Detection experience are a benefit (mechanical work is managed by others). Based commuting to Surrey / Hampshire.
• Technical knowledge of Fire Alarms to consult; background as Fire & Security Project Manager or Life Safety specialist is advantageous.
• Experience delivering large Fire Alarm Projects of £1m+.
• Contract Manager / Project Manager experience and ability to commute to Surrey / Hampshire (South West London, Hampshire, etc., UK).
