Duties

• Design of bespoke Control Panels from concept to completion
• Hands-on leadership, managing a small team of Engineers
• Opportunity for Chartership and Management training
• Work collaboratively with shopfloor and sales teams
• Relocation package available for the right person
• Salary bracket is for a Senior Design Engineer, with leadership / controls XP

Person specification

• Electrical Design Engineer with experience designing Control Panels or similar
• Some leadership skills, or the traits to step up into this type of position
• Commutable distance and happy to be in the office – this role is not Hybrid
