Responsibilities

• Join the client’s new business team working on solution designs and BOMs to move design processes forward.
• This is a sales solution‑focussed role with strong customer facing experience required; you’ll help define customer requirements.
• Produce solid network solutions by understanding the customer’s business and technical requirements and issues.
• Design solutions using technologies from multiple global network vendors (e.g., Cisco and Juniper) and produce quality technical documentation for delivery and solution support.
• Support project and programme management with reporting and ensure timely delivery that meets customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and take ownership and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience understanding customer requirements and producing network solutions.
• Design experience with technologies from multiple vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper); production of technical documentation for delivery and support.
• Strong technical networking knowledge with industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper JNCIA-Design or JNCIA-Junos.
• Ability to create non-standard solutions that may include LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, Voice, Video, Cyber and Security technologies; liaise with the Program team as needed.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle and commercial awareness of risks and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and the ability to communicate calmly and concisely with customers.
