Hammersmith, London, Hybrid

Approximately £450 per day – 12 month contract

Role involves working with a card benefits scheme, implementing new products and launching events, ticketing, and concierge insurances.

Work arrangement: Up to 2 days per week in Hammersmith, not every week, but as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and launch of new global and technology-based products and services in customer loyalty.
  • Manage external vendors and drive delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Utilise tools such as Jira where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Project Management, especially in loyalty products and services.
  • Proven ability to manage external vendors and drive cross-functional delivery.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Based in the UK.
  • Payments products experience is NOT required.
