Overview
A growing niche specialist Waste Management consultancy is looking to hire 2 Business Development Managers due to growth. This is a remote role, and you can be based anywhere in the UK. NB you MUST have waste management sales experience to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Identify and win new Waste Management clients, often with a long sales cycle and minimal leads.
- Provide true saving and efficiency findings for clients across Manufacturing markets.
- Engage with a wide range of audiences, including Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, Finance Directors, procurement teams, health and safety teams, environmental Directors, and business owners.
- Operate with a hunter mindset while maintaining accuracy and strategic insight.
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience within Waste Management (e.g., trade, TWM, Hazardous, etc.).
- Highly numerate and capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary range: £45,000 to £70,000 (dependent on experience).
- Strong bonus scheme and development opportunities.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) typically £80,000 to £100,000 per year.
Location
Remote role, UK-based (candidates can be based anywhere in the UK).
