Senior Finance Transformation Consultant | AI Finance Platform | Seed. Zanda is partnering with a high growth Seed AI Finance Platform Technology business based in London. With ambitious global growth plans they are looking to hire a Senior Finance Transformation Consultant who can lead complex implementation projects for multinational clients transitioning from legacy ERPs to their Financial Platform. Reporting to the Head of Product and Finance, you will be building trusted relationships with their clients’ finance teams, driving successful platform adoption, whilst collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to translate client requirements into successful implementations. The team are in the office 3 days a week in Central London.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex implementation projects for multinational clients migrating from Legacy ERP systems to an AI Finance Platform
- Apply financial systems expertise to navigate complex client environments and ensure smooth onboarding and transitions
- Build trusted relationships with finance leadership teams to drive adoption and long term success
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining milestones, deliverables and success metrics
- Collaborate cross functionally with product and engineering teams to align client needs with platform capabilities
- Ensure successful delivery of end to end implementations, balancing technical execution with stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience inhouse
- Passionate about modernising finance systems and thrive at the intersection of technology and enterprise finance
- Deep understanding of core accounting principles and how they translate into system requirements
- Confident and credible in front of senior finance stakeholders and able to create trust through clarity, reliability, and strategic alignment with client goals
