Senior Product Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer / Product Designer to own the digital transformation of a new internally built web app for landlords, tenants, and agents. Hybrid London work arrangement with a salary range of £65–75k plus bonus.

Location

London (Hybrid, 3 days/week)

Responsibilities

• Own the design roadmap of a new web app.
• Build a scalable, developer-friendly design system and drive strong adoption across engineering.
• Provide accessible UI and onboarding flows that reduce friction and support needs.
• Flex between individual contributor and team lead, managing contract design talent as needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Ops to ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Come from a B2C / B2B2C environment; marketplaces, regulated industries or KYC environments would be beneficial.
• Have a strong portfolio of user-first, accessible work.
• Proven ability to lead UX research and ship polished, scalable design systems.
• Strong visual craft with a bias toward simplicity, usability, and elegant interface design.
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments (multi-brand or high-acquisition environments are a plus).
• Comfortable flexing between hands-on design and mentoring contract or remote talent.
