Overview
Technical Support Engineer – UI / Scripting. Contract role with potential to convert to FTE. Hybrid working in Staines, Surrey with 2 days onsite. Start ASAP. 40 hours per week. Laptop provided. Salary up to £41,000 per annum.
Role
You’ll support customers on a cloud-based enterprise platform by troubleshooting UI-related issues, debugging frontend behaviour, and creating small scripts to streamline issue resolution. The role is hands-on, technical, and customer-facing. You’ll collaborate with global engineering and support teams to improve customer experience and internal support processes.
Responsibilities

What we’re looking for
- UI development or support experience
- Exposure to at least two of: ReactJS, GraphQL, AngularJS, AJAX, CSS, Mobile app development
- Understanding of MySQL or Oracle
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset
Nice to have
- Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS platforms; ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Eclipse, Android Studio

- Contract: 12-month PAYE | Inside IR35 + strong possibility of conversion to FTE
- Location: Staines, Surrey — Hybrid, 2 days onsite (40 minutes by train from London)
