Lead Product Designer

Base pay range

You will join a successful international insurance company who specialise in commercial insurance and reinsurance products. Due to company growth, the team are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join their UX Domain team to be responsible for the planning, development, design and implementation strategies for the company’s specialty products. You will focus on enterprise design and demonstrate extensive knowledge of UX best practices, SAAS products, legacy products and integrations.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and delivery of user experience solutions and capabilities across new and existing digital channels, platforms, and ecosystems.
• Plan UX tasks and strategy to be delivered in the most efficient way following agile best practices
• Create and deliver user centred design solutions for internal and external facing experiences
• You may lead, manage and mentor a team of product designers
• Lead the UX discovery process
• Collaborate with the Research Team to design, execute and support a variety of user research activities
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office
• Salary up to £100,000 + 17.5% bonus
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + option to buy and sell

Requirements:

• Extensive UX experience – Designing, creating and working towards an overall product design vision
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Proficient in Visual design, UX design, prototyping, front end development process knowledge, user research and experiment design
• Experience working on multiple integrations
• Experience running build, delivering SAAS products, legacy products and integrations
• Digital experience, analytics and metrics
