The Project
A prominent, multi-phase scheme in North London comprising residential units, commercial spaces, and public realm enhancements. High design value, complex logistics, and a key focus on sustainability and community integration.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of the project from groundworks through to handover. You will lead a site team, manage subcontractors and client relationships, ensure health & safety compliance, and report directly to the senior leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage programme, cost, quality, and safety to the highest standard
- Experience with RC frame and residential/mixed-use developments preferred
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Platinum), First Aid
