Factories aren’t glamorous. And running one on nights? Even less so. But this is where the real work happens.
This business makes both high-risk and low-risk food products. That means two things: the standards are non-negotiable, and the margin for error is basically zero.
They need a Factory Manager who can run a 4-on-4-off night shift (5pm–5am). Someone who can keep people safe, keep the product compliant, and keep the operation moving.
Responsibilities
- Making sure H&S and food safety regs are lived, not laminated.
- Balancing cost, quality, and efficiency without dropping any of them.
- Leading a team by earning respect on the floor, not hiding in the office.
The environment is fast-paced, demanding, and unforgiving if you cut corners. If you like being the one who holds it all together, the person people look to when things get tricky, you’ll probably enjoy it.
