Responsibilities

• Installation of both AC and DC systems within the wireless telecommunications industry across the UK
• Test and inspection of all works and produce certification
• Be able to complete certificates correctly and to a high standard
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in alignment with BS7671
• Be willing to travel

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrate understanding of the mobile network and Power Supply
• Experience in a Telecoms environment
• Good technical abilities
• Good knowledge of BS7671 and GN3
• Clear driving license
• Quick and logical thinking
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Be confident in taking decisions
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office pack
• Pay attention to detail

Required Certificates

• Full Qualified Electrician (C&G or Equivalent)
• 18th Edition Trained
• Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 qualification, C&G 2391-52 Inspection and Testing Course (Periodic & Initial)

Desirable

• City & Guilds 2396 – Electrical Design
• City & Guilds 2377 – PAT Testing
• Climbing or Working at Height (Rooftop) Trained and Certified (including Medical Clearance, RF Awareness Trained, First Aid Trained)
• JIB card
