Global Talent Lead – Talent Acquisition @ Discover International | Recruiting Recruiters in US & EU

Responsibilities

• Fully support both clients and candidates (360 role)
• Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized positions
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate terms with new clients
• Qualify candidates to determine if they are a strong fit for clients’ positions
• Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a 360 Staffing Agency
• A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
• Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills
• Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Very resilient

This role is Hybrid within our Leeds office.
