Senior Consultant – Company Secretarial Recruitment

Due to continued growth, Arthur Recruitment are looking to hire a Senior Consultant to lead on Company Secretarial and Governance Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a genuinely exciting desk, with the ability to build something special. The position will be based from our Manchester office, recruiting for roles nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job advertising to offer negotiation.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience of the Insurance sector is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in Compliance, Risk or Legal Recruitment would be desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
