Responsibilities

• Drive business development by winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Engage with candidates and clients confidently over the phone.
• Operate as a team player and stay well organised.
• Support the Kent Construction division with recruitment activities.

Qualifications / Ideal candidate

• Previous construction recruitment experience.
• Driven and determined to progress within the business.
• Experienced with business development and relationship building.
• Confident on the phone with candidates and clients.
• Team player and well organised.
