This is for someone who is fed up of working in an agency that requires you to be chained to a desk 5 days a week, make 200 dials a day and take home less than 33% of what you bill.

Commission-first model – You take up to 75% of every placement (depending on experience). Bill £200k+? You could be pocketing £150k+
No monthly costs. We don’t take money off you – the revenue flows one way. To you. We deduct costs (typically under £200) from your placements once a month – we take all the risks on license costs.
Immediate cashflow – With invoice factoring, you get paid the same week your placement starts.

The vibe?
Fully remote, totally flexible – just be based somewhere in the UK. We host regular meetups (Usually Soho Farmhouse) where we create content, chat about the office (UK only, sorry) and share best practice.
