The Ideal Candidate

• Ideally operating in US markets (Aerospace, Defence, Tech, Engineering)
• Commercially sharp, articulate, proactive — you’ll be dealing with PhDs and niche, technical profiles
• Must have the hunger to build into a high-fee 360 role
• Comfortable working US hours (East & West Coast coverage)
• A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and wants to grow fast
• Could suit an SDR with recruitment crossover

Compensation

• Up to £30k basic salary (DOE)
• 50/50 splits on perm fees once you build into 360
• Long-term scope for shareholding, leadership & US trips
