Overview

Principal Consultant – Risk, Regulation and Compliance role in collaboration with a leading fintech company. The focus is on financial analysis within the Commercial Finance team in London, supporting strategic decision-making and business growth.

Senior Commercial Finance Analyst – Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge business assumptions
• Develop and refine financial models related to loan issuance and profitability
• Analyse complex financial data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare clear, compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and control weaknesses

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in financial services, ideally with IFRS 9 knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
